Syracuse Arts Academy
Syracuse Arts Academy’s Antelope Annex is an approximately 42,860-square-foot educational facility in Syracuse, Utah. On Point modeled and detailed the structural and miscellaneous steel package, including anchor bolts and templates, embeds, HSS and wide-flange framing, auditorium and entry steel, cantilevered transfer framing, stair and stringer assemblies, and coordinated shop and placement drawings.
North Star Academy
North Star Academy was a 4,030-square-foot, four-classroom addition to the existing school in Bluffdale, Utah. On Point modeled and detailed the structural steel package, including anchor-bolt layouts and templates, base plates, HSS columns, wide-flange roof beams, connection plates and joist-bearing supports, with coordinated shop drawings for fabrication and integration with the open-web steel roof joists.
Wyoming Classical Academy
Wyoming Classical Academy is an approximately 20,000-square-foot, two-story expansion in Mills, Wyoming, designed to support the school’s growth from K–8 to K–12. The structural steel scope includes anchor bolts and base plates, columns and beams, braced frames and gusset connections, open-web steel joists and girders, joist blocking and steel roof deck.
Lagoon Administration Building
Lagoon Administration Building was an approximately 59,838-square-foot, two-level facility in Farmington, Utah. On Point modeled and detailed the complete structural and miscellaneous steel package, including anchor bolts and embeds, columns and beams, floor and roof framing, open-web joists, canopies, ledger and closure plates, and five stair systems with landings, handrails and guardrails. The coordinated package also included joist blocking, erection drawings, and NC1 and DXF fabrication files.
Esperanza Elementary
Esperanza Elementary was an approximately 10,000-square-foot expansion to the school’s existing campus in West Valley City, Utah. On Point modeled and detailed the HSS roof beams and support columns, base plates, anchor-bolt templates, connection plates, bent plates and ledger angles, coordinating the steel with the addition’s wood-framed roof system.
Custom Class Academy
Custom Class Academy is a 70,686-square-foot, two-story educational facility and fieldhouse in St. George, Utah. The structural steel scope includes anchor bolts and base plates, HSS columns and braced frames, structural beams, open-web steel joists, metal floor and roof deck, wind girts, masonry support steel, entry framing, stairs, landings, handrails and related miscellaneous steel.
